About Nyla Ashe
The Artist hereby exclusively appoints the Administrator, and the Administrator's third-party partners or sub-publishers, as the Artist's sole and exclusive representative to administer the musical compositions submitted to the Platform by the Artist (the "Works"). This appointment applies throughout the entire world (the "World"). During the Term, the Artist will not appoint any other publisher, administrator, or sub-publisher for the Works.
