These terms are an agreement between Music Label Group ("we", "us") and the person or company using LISTNBASE ("you"). By creating an account you accept them.
LISTNBASE is software for running a record label: roster, releases, contracts, documents, royalties, marketing, touring and an artist portal. We provide the software. We are not your distributor, your accountant, your lawyer or your collection society, and nothing in the product is professional advice.
You own everything you put in — your catalogue, contracts, documents, artist records and royalty data. We claim no rights over it. We process it to run the service for you, and for nothing else. We do not use it to train AI models. We do not sell it.
Where you put other people's personal data in — your artists, your fans, people who send you demos — you are the controller and we are the processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it. See our Privacy Policy.
You can export your data while your account is active. On termination we will keep it available for 30 days before deletion.
Some features send your input to a third-party AI provider (see the Privacy Policy). AI output can be wrong. Do not rely on it for anything financial, legal or contractual without checking it. Your plan includes a monthly allowance; over it, AI features stop until the next month or you upgrade.
Do not use LISTNBASE to: break the law; infringe anyone's rights; upload material you do not have the rights to; send unsolicited bulk email; attempt to access another label's data; or interfere with the platform's operation or security.
Our multi-tenant design isolates each label's data. Deliberately attempting to defeat that isolation ends your account immediately and may be reported.
We aim to keep LISTNBASE available and to warn you before planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and we do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee.
LISTNBASE connects to services we do not control — Stripe, AI providers, storage, distributors and streaming platforms. We are not responsible for their acts, outages, or the accuracy of data they send us. Royalty statements are only as accurate as the files your distributor provides. LISTNBASE reports what it is given; it does not audit your distributor.
To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data; and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of GOVERNING LAW — e.g. the District of Columbia, and the courts of DC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account owners at least [[NOTICE PERIOD]] before they take effect. Continuing to use LISTNBASE after that means you accept them.
